(26 February 2010) The "FOTsis" project (European Field Operational Test on Safe, Intelligent and Sustainable Road Operation) aims at conducting field trials of Infrastructure-Vehicle & Vehicle-Infrastructure Cooperative Systems in 10 test sites across the European Union.

 The Consortium led by IRIDIUM Concesiones de Infraestructura, the world's largest infrastructure operator, includes organisations like OHL Concesiones, SICE, INDRA Sistemas, GMV, the Polytechnic University of Madrid or France Telecomm.
